Introduction of the Boarding House
Torres Boarding House, located in a picturesque setting in the Zarate Subdivision Arellano St., Dagupan City, Pangasinan, provides with a secure and caring environment. The Boarding House is able to accommodate up to 100 boarders, with boys and girls coming from throughout Pangasinan and neighboring provinces.
The Boarding house was completely constructed in the year 2006. It offers a quality accommodations for the boarders with its simplicity but elegant - looking appearance.
The atmosphere in the Boarding House is warm and friendly. Boarders, accepted and treated like their real sons and daughters by the couple who owned the Boarding House.
Boarders enjoy playing basketball, boardgames like chess, scrabble, word factory, and card games.
Sometimes, boarder's birthday celebration are enjoyed inside the boarding house, resorts and even in some well-known bar in the city.
Boarders have access to the areas of the house, including the sala with sofa and cable television, basketball area, garage and laundry area. Meals are wholesome and during Christmas Party, the boarders enjoy barbecues in front of the house.
Life for the boarders is a blend of work and leisure. Quiet periods are set aside for homework, exams and study. At weekends, boarders may spend time with family, friends or relatives. The accent is on relaxing but disciplined environment. Boarders attend socials, take part in outings and may visit their school friends and church friends at weekends.
Health is a prime consideration. Nurses are on hand.
